Music Google Glass APP
#ifihadglass I would revolutionize and enhance the “Musicians” creative experience, incorporating a hands free, controllable, interactive Gui, into new dimensions of music creation, performance, and recording; Combining audible and hand command menu apps with microprocessor controlled interactive objects and environments, Developing musical instrument real time video perspective lessons and interaction.
#ifihadglass Opera culture adores information, but subtitle projection is controversial. Our GGlass app empowers users to select metadata personally. R1 research university, national opera multicam live-streaming broadcast currently in place with live musicologist interface. Interdisciplinary research team well-positioned to garner national science/humanities grant. John D. Walsh & Konrad Strauss.

#ifihadglass I would build an application allowing classical musicians to perform without the barrier that sheet music puts between performers, their collaboration, and their audience. Glass would allow a string quartet to show up to a gig with nothing but their instruments, and I want to make it happen.
Kyle and I are best friends. We love music and web development, and build apps together from 1000 miles apart. There’s lots to teach each other, but it’s difficult to share. #ifIhadglass, Kyle could see what I play , and I could understand what he codes. Seeing -> understanding -> creating
#ifihadglass I would fly through the 64 hexagrams from the Chinese classic The Book of Changes where each of the 8 trigrams were represented by a musical instrument. If you would like to test this app on any Android device that has gyros, please visit the website:
#ifihadglass I would develop a music theory app for the piano.
#ifihadglass I’d create an app for the following scenario. Too Close by Next is playing. Glasses: message Heather and say “College!” The message would also include the song. Additionally, this app would be able to add a song that’s playing to queue or a list on multiple music platforms.
#ifihadglass I would love to use Google Glass to read subtitles for live operas. Even if the venue isn’t providing a subtitle feed, perhaps a connected phone app could recognize the music and provide subtitles, much as Shazam provides real-time lyrics to songs it’s “hearing.”
#ifihadglass I would record video of marching as a bagpiper in a parade and develop an app to stream sheet music through Glass.
#ifihadglass I’d be able to compose my classical music on a real piano, post the first-person videos on YouTube for feedback, and show the creative process from a pianist’s POV. And I’d try to make an app that shows me the notes I’m playing. Pics from a previous composition:
#ifihadglass I would create an application that can detect other Google glass devices from a quick glance or any device that is connected to the net broadcasting music. I think it would be cool to just look at an icon button over someone’s head in a crowd or someone passing by with a broadcast hash tag asking others to listen what they are listening to right now.
#ifihadglass I’d create a heads-up display that connects my smartphone, my vehicle, and myself like never before. I’d create an app that shows my speed, rpms, and fuel consumption. I’d mash it up with GPS data and the music I was streaming. It would revolutionize car displays.
#ifIhadglass I’d write music apps. So you can actually hear sheet music while you’re looking at it. Compose a song just by humming or singing as you walk down the street. Grab samples whenever you hear a great sound. Even stream dynamic music that’s based on what you’re seeing!
#ifihadglass i would develop app called “live.music.nearby” which scans music aggregators (jambase, ontour, songkick, etc), local venue website calendars & local newspaper events listings by geo location. sort. list by time distance with picture of musical artist.
I’d like to make a google glass app for musicians that shows sheet music and scrolls it continuously as they play the notes, by listening and making a correspondence to the music. #ifihadglass
#ifihadglass I’d show the world what it’s like making music in real-time. Then I’d start making applications that identify your friends or people you know in public places by using the HUD then expand it to all social apps.

#ifihadglass I woud listen to music, watch movies, create apps for it
#ifihadglass I would capture the ephemeral moments often eluded while turning on cameras. I strive to live and remember life at its fullest (video of my past week), but much still gets missed. I would also write an app to teach visual things through augmented reality like music and dance.
Google Glass is cool. If I had google glass I would find someone to help me make an application for autism speech and learning projects.Like interactive music, and other apps that could help.. #IfIHadGlass
#ifihadglass I’d use it to record video of the mountain biking, hiking, the outdoors, conventions, and musicians playing. I’d also write augmented reality apps to identify threat ratings and vulnerabilities of #zombies, and the envy of friends without glass.
#ifihadglass I suspect it could awesomely change the experience of composing and performing music; realtime visualization of what I am playing, (midi, beat tracking, processed audio) what I want to play (score, chord changes) what others are currently playing
#ifihadglass I’d ask Glass to: (a) show me pics or videos of stuff I’m fixing e.g. wiring diagrams, car repair manual, etc.; (b) show me notes/lyrics of music I’m playing/singing; (c) show me floor plans as I walk into a house on fire.
I would wear a laptop on my face. HUD up display, predator/terminator vision, and amazing augmented reality running apps that display the route, heartbeat, music, and show other routes by other users #ifihadglass
#ifihadglass i would make some apps to change the world like, if you were listening to some rad music why not the glass show of the lyric? or if you are at a famous landscape it show of some relevance information. is what the glass mean he means the future
#ifihadglass I would create an app that makes running in the park more fun by augmented-display-ing stats on it. Also, #ifglasscouldtakevisualinput I would allow it to control the music being played by just winking your eyes. ;)
#ifihadglass, I would develop an application to render music visually, so I could pretend that I had synesthesia.
#ifihadglassI would create an app to help people learn and create music for guitar, piano, etc: chords, tabs, scales, notes and lyrics for songs always in front of you when you need, track your playing, record what you play, control MIDI with voice, etc
Custom Glass enabled application + Nexus Q. Throw a party and have what various people are seeing show up on TVs located throughout the house. A tile of glass video streams and even music videos would be playing and random streams would be ‘pulled’ up in a larger center tile. #ifihadglass
#ifihadglass. I would use it in my motorcycle helmet, make the memory expendable with either sd card slot, or external plugin with more memory for recording, would look better than a gopro, hidden since most police do not like being recorded, and can also be used to record whole ride for rider saftey. external plug in battery pack should be bluetooth/wifi compatible. It should have (optional) earphones for music either located on glass device itself or bluetoothed phone. could be able to sync with a google android device by already having typed in a password to enable along with application., simply look at screen, bring up the screen from tablet device to glass device while being synced the whole time. etc, endless possibilities
#ifihadglass I would develop an application that projects sheet music/ guitar tabs, for practicing and learning music. I would also use the voice commands to allow users to access more detailed instructions, such as demonstrating cords.
#IfIHadGlass && #IfIWasAmerican I’d connect a BCI headset with my Glass, then I’d load myself up with relevant wikipedia articles based on my unconscious interests, design an app that would allow me to learn guitar more intuitively.. then move out west to Vancouver to find the music scene. Then I’d blog that. Then write up an article about it. Then finish my cognitive science degree, writing exams with information derived from the collective conscious that we call the internet.
#ifihadglass Develop an App for motorcycle riders or motosport enthusiasts that presented various gauge read outs from their vehicle. Speed, Tach, Engine Temp, Boost, Tire Pressure, lap time etc. For motorcycle commuters it would be useful to not have to look down at the gauges as much and also have access to GPS/NAV, traffic info, accidents down the road, clock, temp, music, BT phone, video footage of accidents, rear view/blind spot video etc
#ifihadglass My company Section 101 (http://section101.com) works with Music Artists on interactive programs with their fans. Artists include Duran Duran, Bush, Pentatonix and Aimee Mann. We would like to develop Apps for the Artists to use while on Stage and Tour to interact with their fans.
#ifihadglass I would do live tutorials on music production, programming, gaming, and showcase architecture found in my city(baltimore) while editing the sourcecode to broaden the app selection.
#ifihadglass I’d like to create an interactive music interaction experience. Imagine Youtube orchestra but live with musicians all using Google glass, and I’d be happy to develop the app that includes tools for synchronizing the music stream :)
